This Agreement outlines the terms of use that govern consumers' use of the www.lumpum.com Website (the “Site”). Please note: retailers are subject to different terms of use. By your use of this Site, you represent that you are: (i) at least 18 years of age; and (ii) of legal age to enter into a binding contract as determined by the laws of the State in which you reside. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these terms.
Mommy Gom, LLC. (“Lumpum™”), reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. We will update changes here if they are made. Because your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by any revisions, you may choose to check this section from time to time.

Unless otherwise noted, all content and materials, including, but not limited to: designs, compositions, illustrations, images, icons, photographs, video clips, and any other written materials that appear as part of the Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intellectual property owned, controlled and/or licensed by Lumpum™ as domestic and worldwide copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc (the “IP protection”). The Site, in its entirety, is protected by IP protection and all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to the Site are owned and/or licensed by Lumpum™.
While you may download or copy the Contents from the Site only for your personal use, no right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is given to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Lumpum™ is glad to have you post related details on your personal social media accounts with respective credit and tags associated to/with Lumpum™, but you may not reproduce, publish, share, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or further exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents of the Site.

Lumpum™ products are currently solely and only available on www.lumpum.com. If you see Lumpum™ products on third-party sites and/or marketplaces, please note that Lumpum™ is not responsible for whether that item is an authentic Lumpum™ product.
Our products are photographed and described as thoroughly and accurately as possible to ensure optimal understanding of product(s) prior to purchase. Should the actual colors of items not be exactly as pictured upon receipt, that may be due to your device display and related color settings. Please note this prior to purchase.
All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Lumpum™ is not responsible and does not control the currency exchange rate for international purchases. This is typically managed and controlled by your bank or credit issuer.
Product Integrity
Via purchase of Lumpum™ products, no rights in any respect, including but not limited to: design, construction or fabrication, packaging, etc. (the “Construction”) in any products shall be passed or transferred to you except as the owner of the products themselves. Moreover, through purchase, you also agree the Construction will not be directly or caused to be copied, reproduced, fabricated regardless of violation of held Lumpum ™ IP protection.
This Product Integrity guideline shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Submitting Comments
Should you submit comments, suggestions, feedback, ideas, etc. (collectively “Submissions”) to Lumpum™, your Submissions will be considered assignment of worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties. This is required to not only protect the integrity of our products, but also ensure that Lumpum™ is free to create and develop products without hindrance of Submissions and violation of third-party rights and IP protection.
Please do not expect response from Submissions, but know that we appreciate the outreach. Please refrain from Submissions that are obscene, unlawful, abusive and/or otherwise libelous. Parties of Submissions will be held solely responsible for content shared to the fullest extent of the law.
