Domestic Shipping 

(Continental USA and Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands)

All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days.  This includes weekend or holiday orders.

We use USPS 2-Day Priority Mail Service, so you will receive your Lumpum™ blankets as swiftly as they are sent.  USPS Priority Mail Service also includes $50 worth of insurance.  If you would like to request USPS additional insurance, please make sure to include that request during checkout; fees are detailed within.

We ship to residential and business addresses only.

Shipping is free for orders of two or more.

International Shipping

We love shipping internationally and ship via USPS Priority Mail Service.

The checkout process will request your full shipping address and the respective international shipping fee will be shown. International shipping fees will be included in your order total prior to final checkout.

You will be responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes that may be charged upon the shipment arriving in your selected international shipping country.  These fees are not issued or otherwise imposed/controlled by Lumpum™.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept returns and exchanges, due to the exclusive run and limited quantities on hand.  

Each item, prior to shipment, is meticulously inspected for any material and/or production defects.  Any variants in the fabrics or stitching is intended to be part of the creation and production process.  We will not ship out any item that does not meet our Lumpum™ expectations and standards.

Please remember to follow the washing and handling tips for the item to ensure optimal preservation of color and texture.
